🛠️ PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Day 1: Legs - Heavy lower-body focus to build raw strength, athletic power, and a rock-solid foundation. Expect squats, lunges, and sled drags to fire up your engine from the ground up.
Day 2: Chest & Biceps - Sculpt a strong, defined upper body with chest presses, flies, and serious bicep work. You’ll focus on pressing power and muscle hypertrophy to sharpen your physique.
Day 3: Optional Field Day, Intervals & Core - No pressure, but if you want to unlock elite conditioning and burn more fat, Field Day adds short, athletic drills paired with cardio and core work to build speed, stamina, and agility. Think faster feet, sharper abs, & better conditioning!
Day 4: Back - Strengthen and widen your back with deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, and extension work. This is how you create that powerful, athletic V-taper.
Day 5: Shoulders & Triceps - Target your delts and arms for definition and strength. You’ll hit presses, dips, side raises, and tricep work to sharpen every angle.

Day 1 Breakdown:
🔍 LEG WORKOUT - Expect a perfect blend of mobility, push-pull training, lower body volume, and targeted accessory work to challenge your strength, improve posture, and unlock serious gains. It’s high output without overkill, designed to leave you feeling strong, not smoked.
🧘 A BLOCK: Activation / Mobility
A1: Hip 90/90 with KB – Open up the hips and build joint control
A2: Inverted Hamstring to Airplane – Balance and hamstring activation
A3: Couch Stretch – Deep hip flexor stretch to improve squat depth
A4: Lunge to Reach – Dynamic movement to prime the entire body
🟢 Purpose: Prepare your body for heavy lower body training, improve flexibility, and activate key muscles for better performance.
⚙️ B BLOCK: Prep & Activation
B1: Farmer Walks or Sled Drag – Full-body core activation and leg drive
B2: Back Extension – Strengthen lower back and glutes
🟢 Purpose: Build core strength and posterior chain endurance before hitting heavier lifts.
🏋️ C BLOCK: Strength Focus
C1: Frankenstein or Zercher Squat – Front-loaded squat for core and quad development
🟢 Purpose: Build strong, athletic legs and improve squat mechanics.

D1: Barbell Back Squat (Cut Weight 50%) – Volume squat to lock in movement pattern and endurance
🟢 Purpose: Reinforce squat strength with lighter weight and perfect technique under fatigue.
🦵 E BLOCK: Unilateral Strength
E1: RFESS – Single-leg strength and balance
🟢 Purpose: Build balanced, powerful legs while addressing strength imbalances.
🏁 F BLOCK: Finisher - Accessories
F1: Leg Extension – Quad isolation burn
F2: Leg Curl – Hamstring isolation burn
F3: Seated Calf Raise – Calf strength and endurance
🟢 Purpose: Lock in the session with focused muscle work to drive hypertrophy.

While logging your workout, tap the History Button ↺ (second icon in the footer), a pop-up screen will appear with your logging history for the exercise, tap Close in the upper left corner to return to logging.
You can change from pounds to kilograms by tapping Settings in the lower right of the footer, toggling the slider on for Metric, and tapping Save in the upper right corner.

Yes! All of Don’s programs are delivered through the Don Saladino App — but you must purchase a program first.
Once you make a purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download the app and your custom login credentials. You’ll then have access to your purchased programs in the app.
Each program also comes with a downloadable eBook, so you have lifetime access to your program even after your app access period ends.

A purchased program will remain in your Don Saladino App account for 500 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can repeat the program as many times as you’d like, track your weights, and monitor your progress directly in the app.
To ensure you always have a copy, you may download or print the included eBook version, which is yours to keep forever — even after the app access period ends.
Why 500 days?
Nothing digital is truly “lifetime” — apps and online platforms change over time. To guarantee you always have your program, we provide an eBook version for lifetime use, while the app experience is available for 500 days to support your training and progress tracking. -
Purchases made before January 2025 were eBook programs created prior to the launch of the Don Saladino App. These older purchases are not accessible in your app account and will not appear in the new app.
However, you still own these programs indefinitely. Please make sure to print or download the eBook files. The exercise libraries and program files will remain stored in Dropbox until December 2025 — be sure to download everything you need before that date.
