5-Day Power Sculpt

The 5-Day Power Sculpt Program is a program for all skill levels. There has been a huge demand for a program to do after completing the Train Like Blake Lively Series, so I created Power Sculpt. (There is a 3-Day & 5-Day option). This program consists of 2 Lower Body workouts, 2 Upper body workouts, & a cardio charge workout. There is an emphasis on lower body throughout the entire week. This program is designed to burn fat & build lean muscle.

Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 5 Days Per Week, w/ 2 Progressions
Workout Duration: 45-60 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Dumbbell-only, bench optional
