Maximum Fat torching

This is the 3rd program in my Fat Torching Series. This program is designed to torch body fat. The program is broken into 2 upper body training days, 2 lower body training days, & 1 interval & ab day. Each day starts with a mobility block and an activation series to increase your core temperature while improving the way you move! The bulk of the program is measured in time – not reps. Get ready to move!

Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 5 Days Per Week, w/ 3 Progressions
Workout Duration: 60 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Dumbbell only, bench optional
