SUPERHERO MAKER - GYM

Train like many of your favorite action stars with my Superhero Maker Program! This program was created to combine aesthetic and performance. This is a great versatile program. The 2 PUSH & PULL workouts consist of 5 standalone exercises. However, if you are short on time, you can complete the 5 exercises as a circuit. There is an emphasis on body composition, resiliency, and athleticism!


ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

6-Weeks, 5 Days Per Week, w/ 3 Progressions
Duration: 45-60 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Barbells, Trap Bar, Dumbbells, Bench, Cable Machine, Pec Deck, Machine Shoulder Press, Leg Press

DAY 1| Push
DAY 2| Pull
DAY 3| Explode/Accessory
DAY 4| Push
DAY 5| Pull
