Flank Steak Tacos

 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. of Flank Steak

  • 1 Yellow Onion

  • 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp. Chili Powder

  • 1 tbsp. Paprika

  • 1 tbsp. Oregano

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Cayanne

  • Zest & Juice of 1 Lime

  • 1 tsp. Avocado Oil

Verde Sauce

  • 1 Cilantro Bundle

  • 5 Green Onions

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 2 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 1/3 Cup Avocado Oil

  • 1/4 Cup of Water

  • Zest & Juice of 1 Lime

Directions

Who has a pressure cooker? We are officially obsessed with our Instant Pot.
Select Sauté. Add onions to the Instant Pot with oil. Stir for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (except steak) and stir. Cut steak into 1 inch piece against the grain. Lay the steak on top of ingredients. Select meat stew. Set for 50 minutes. Serve with Gluten free taco shells & the Verde Sauce

Verde Sauce: Remove stems from cilanto bundle & cut green onion into 2 inch pieces. Add all ingredient to a food processor. Blend. So Good!
