DIFFICULTY: Intermediate to Advanced
DURATION: 9 Weeks, 5 Days a Week w/ an optional 6th day
AVG LENGTH: 45-60 Minutes
EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells only, Optional Adjustable Bench
