The MARVEL MUSCLE Gym Program contains all the principals I’ve used to get my Hollywood clients ready for their superhero roles. If you want it all, this is the program for you.


ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 5 Days Per Week
Workout Duration: 45-60 Minutes
Equipment: Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Cable Machine, Preacher Curl, Back Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Leg Press, Calf Machine, Adjustable Bench, Medicine Ball

TRAINING SPLIT:
Day 1 - Max Lower Body
Day 2 - Max Upper Body
Day 3 - Arms, Abs, & Mobility
Day 4 - Dynamic Lower Body
Day 5- Dynamic Upper Body
