Superhero Shred 1 - Gym Program

The problem with most fat burning programs is they are designed to focus on heartrate only. This program also focuses on hypertrophy. Your body will turn into granite & a fat burning furnace (aka your muscle and metabolism). This program is for all skill levels & may appear to be simple compared to past programs you have tried. DON’T be fooled… this program will increase your training volume, add compound exercises, and challenge your rest intervals in a way that will leave your body quaking and dripping with sweat — as if you were walking across the Sahara Desert in August.


ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 5 Days Per Week
Workout Duration: 45-60 Minutes
Equipment: Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Cable Machine, Machine Row, Back Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Leg Press, Adjustable Bench, Medicine Ball

Day 1 - Legs & Abs
Day 2 - Upper Push
Day 3 - Superhero Shred
Day 4 - Legs & Abs
Day 5- Upper Pull
Day 6- Optional Cardio
