The TEEN DUMBBELL PRoGRAM

The Teen Dumbbell Program is designed for ages 13-17. Each day starts with a jump/throw/carry primer that will get their body activated and warmed up. This will assist in achieving good movement quality. In this program, we work on the squat, hinge, push & pull patterns while developing a strong core. The main goal of this program is to develop strength and stability.


ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 4 Days Per Week, w/ 3 Progressions
Workout Duration: 45 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Dumbbell-only, bench optional
